Welcome to Omni Holidays. By accessing or using our website at omniholidays.com and any services we provide, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our website or services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Guest", or "Client") and Omni Holidays ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a Govt. of India licensed luxury travel company registered in Rajasthan, India. By using our website, making an enquiry, or booking any service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2. Services Offered
Omni Holidays provides bespoke luxury travel services including but not limited to:
- Curated tour packages across Rajasthan and India
- Fixed departure group tours
- Private and customised itinerary planning
- Hotel and resort reservations
- Transportation and concierge services
- Cultural and experiential activities
We act as a travel organiser and agent for third-party service providers including hotels, airlines, and activity operators. While we take great care in selecting our partners, we are not liable for the independent acts of these third parties.
3. Booking and Payments
Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a written confirmation from Omni Holidays and payment of the applicable deposit. Verbal or informal commitments do not constitute a confirmed booking.
Pricing
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed and the deposit is received. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time prior to booking confirmation.
Deposit and Balance
- A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total tour cost is required to confirm a booking
- The remaining balance is due no later than 45 days prior to the departure date
- For bookings made within 45 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking
Payment Methods
We accept bank transfers, major credit/debit cards, and UPI payments. All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways. Omni Holidays does not store payment card details.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be communicated in writing to concierge@omniholidays.com. The following cancellation charges apply:
- More than 60 days before departure: 10% of total tour cost (deposit forfeited)
- 45–60 days before departure: 25% of total tour cost
- 30–44 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost
- 15–29 days before departure: 75% of total tour cost
- Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of total tour cost (no refund)
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 working days via the original payment method. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellations.
5. Modifications and Amendments
If you wish to amend your booking after confirmation, we will do our best to accommodate changes, subject to availability and any applicable amendment fees charged by hotels or service providers. Changes requested within 30 days of departure may not always be possible.
Omni Holidays reserves the right to modify itineraries due to force majeure events, weather conditions, natural disasters, civil unrest, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will endeavour to provide equivalent alternatives at no additional cost.
6. Travel Documents and Visas
It is the sole responsibility of each traveller to:
- Hold a valid passport with at least 6 months of validity beyond the return date
- Obtain all necessary visas and travel permits for destinations visited
- Comply with health and vaccination requirements of destination countries
- Carry adequate travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and loss of baggage
Omni Holidays will not be held liable for any losses arising from a traveller's failure to hold the correct documentation.
7. Health and Fitness
Some of our tours involve physical activities such as trekking, camel safaris, and jeep excursions. It is your responsibility to assess your fitness and health suitability for selected activities. Please inform us of any medical conditions, disabilities, or dietary requirements at the time of booking. We reserve the right to exclude a client from an activity if we reasonably believe participation poses a health or safety risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
Omni Holidays' liability for any claim arising in connection with our services is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific tour or service in question. We are not liable for:
- Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of enjoyment, loss of income, or emotional distress
- Acts or omissions of third-party service providers (hotels, airlines, transport companies)
- Events beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, epidemics, political unrest, or government actions
- Personal injury or property loss arising from the client's own negligence
9. Intellectual Property & Copyright Protection
All content published on this website — including but not limited to text, itineraries, tour descriptions, pricing structures, photographs, videos, graphics, logos, icons, interface designs, page layouts, HTML/CSS/JavaScript source code, colour schemes, typography, and the overall look-and-feel — is the exclusive intellectual property of Omni Holidays (operated by Omni Plaza Hotels & Travels Pvt. Ltd.) or its licensed content partners, and is protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and applicable international intellectual property treaties including the Berne Convention.
9.1 Prohibited Uses
The following acts are strictly prohibited without prior written authorisation from Omni Holidays:
- Copying, reproducing, or republishing any textual content, itinerary, pricing table, or tour description — in whole or in part — on any website, social media platform, brochure, or printed material
- Downloading, screen-capturing, mirroring, or rehosting any photograph, video, or graphic from this website
- Replicating, cloning, or substantially imitating the visual design, UI layout, colour palette, or user-interface elements of this website
- Copying or decompiling any front-end source code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) or back-end logic, in whole or in part, for use in any personal, commercial, or competing project
- Using any part of this website's design or code as a template or starting point for another website
- Framing or embedding pages from this website within another website without express written consent
- Automated scraping, crawling, or harvesting of data, content, pricing, availability, or any other information from this website using bots, scripts, or any automated tool
- Training or fine-tuning any artificial-intelligence or machine-learning model using content scraped or extracted from this website
- Removing, altering, or obscuring any copyright notice, trademark, or attribution appearing on any content from this website
9.2 Permitted Uses
You may share links to pages on this website and quote brief excerpts (not exceeding 50 words) for review or commentary purposes, provided you clearly attribute the source as "Omni Holidays (omniholidays.com)" and include a direct link to the original page. All other uses require prior written consent.
9.3 Trademarks
The name Omni Holidays, the Omni Holidays logo, and all related marks, trade dress, and service names are registered or common-law trademarks of Omni Plaza Hotels & Travels Pvt. Ltd. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of our trademarks in connection with any product, service, or website is likely to cause confusion and constitutes trademark infringement.
9.4 DMCA & Copyright Infringement Notices
If you believe that content on this website infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to concierge@omniholidays.com containing: (a) identification of the allegedly infringed work; (b) identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location on our website; (c) your contact information; (d) a statement of good-faith belief; and (e) a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury.
9.5 Enforcement
We actively monitor the web for unauthorised use of our content and code. Any individual or entity found to be in violation of these intellectual property rights may face one or more of the following actions:
- A formal cease-and-desist notice demanding immediate removal of infringing content
- A civil suit for copyright infringement under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957, including a claim for damages, account of profits, and injunctive relief
- A complaint under Section 43 and Section 66 of the Information Technology Act, 2000 for unauthorised access or data extraction
- Reporting to relevant platform authorities (web hosts, domain registrars, search engines) for takedown
- Such other legal remedies as are available under applicable Indian and international law
We reserve the right to pursue the maximum penalties available under the law. Ignorance of these terms is not a defence.
10. User Conduct
When using our website, you agree not to:
- Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
- Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Scrape, harvest, or collect data from our website without consent
11. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
